In Alaska you're never very far from vistas of magnificent beauty. The landscape is amazing, summer and winter. The mystique that surrounds life in remote bush Alaska will become a reality for you as we venture into the backcountry and begin our Alaskan adventure trip.

We provide the opportunity for you to experience the beauty and tranquility of fishing in a quiet, hidden stream. Perhaps you'd prefer the awe and exhilaration of flying along behind a team of powerful Alaska sleddogs.

We offer winter sled dog mushing with my trained sled dogs.

Alaska Trail King Adventures is located 35 miles south of Fairbanks, in Salcha, Alaska. It's here where I live year-round and train the dogs we use for our mushing trips. The sleds I use are custom built and of exceptional quality. I know because I crafted them myself. Contact me to arrange for your very own Alaska Trail King Adventure.

What others say:
I am writing this letter to express to you what an excellent guide Michael King is. I had the pleasure of going on a 6 day mushing trip with Mr. King, leaving from Bettles, Alaska and going into the Gates of the Arctic National Park in March of 1998. I feel that the enjoyment that I got from this trip was due, in a large part to the confidence that I had in Mike. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing, not only in the knowledge that he imparted to myself and the other clients on the trip about the sport and the countryside around us, but also in the quality of his sleds and dogs. I don't think that I can say enough about his dogs. A good team of dogs probably contributes more than anything to make the experience as pleasurable as it should be. On the trip I was on, I think that we had four different teams of dogs and all the dogs were great to be around. If I should be able to get back to Alaska during the winter, I would not hesitate to look Michael up and try to do more dog-sledding. At the very least I will recommend to any friends on mine that are able to get to Alaska to contact Michael and do some dog-sledding of their own.
Sincerely
James Guess, Jr
